The Maya Kuliyeva Turkmen National Conservatory gave a big festive concert in honor of the Neutrality Day. The performance took place on the stage of the National Musical and Drama Theater named after Makhtumkuli.

The first number of the concert was performed by students of the conservatory Azat Bazarov and Guldzhemal Taylyeva with the song "Arkadagly Serdar bilen". They were accompanied by an orchestra of folk instruments conducted by the Honored Artist of Turkmenistan, conductor and composer Omar Igamov.

The folk orchestra also performed the music of Purli Saryev and Annagelda Dzhulgaev.

The Bakhshi Ensemble under the leadership of Merdan Bayramov, Honored Bakhshi of Turkmenistan, performed folk melodies and works by contemporary composers.

Antonio Bazzini's virtuoso violin miniature "Round Dance of the Spirits", played by Serdar Dzhumamyradov on a tar (concertmaster Agadzhan Amadov), sounded fresh.

Students of the teacher of the Department of Chamber ensemble Stella Faramazova - Altyn Nurmuradova (violin), Kovus Byashimov (viola) and Erzhel Yagshimuradov (piano) performed the "Trio" by the German composer Max Bruch.

Trombonist Dovran Gylydzhov presented Alexander Harutyunyan's "Impromptu" (concertmaster Evgeny Silyutin), and violinist Dzhemal Agadzhanova performed "Gypsy Tunes" by Pablo Sarasate (concertmaster Stella Faramazova).

The third part of Ashir Kuliyev's Sonata was played by Merjen Amanova (piano), and Franz Liszt's "Etude on Paganini in A Minor" by Shaislam Komildzhanov.

Under the direction of conductor Elena Moskvicheva and choirmaster Rano Orunova, the Conservatory choir performed the songs "I Suddenly Saw" by Veli Akhmedov and "Your Face" by Orazgylydzh Kurbanniyazov.

The Symphony Orchestra of the Conservatory performed works of national musical classics. The duet of Sapar and Bibi from the opera "Aina" by Adrian Shaposhnikov and Dangatar Ovezov, a fragment of "Piala" from the opera "Zohre and Tahir" by Adrian Shaposhnikov and Veli Mukhatov (soloists Guljemal Tailiyeva and Meilis Khasanov, conductor Berdinazar Charyev), as well as works by Nura Halmammedov "Turkmenistan" and Sukhan Tuiliev "My Homeland" were performed (soloists Dunyagozel Begalieva and Kadyr Yesenov, conductor Dovletmammet Okdirov).

The concert will be broadcast on record by the music TV and radio channel "Turkmen Ovazy" on holidays.
