13 Turkmen athletes will perform at the Taekwondo World Cup in Minsk

The team of Turkmenistan participates in the CIS Open Cup - the 2022 World Taekwondo Cup of the ITF version in Minsk.

13 athletes from Turkmenistan will compete in prestigious competitions, including one girl – a teacher of the Mary sports school. And the guys are mostly students and high school students. The Turkmen athletes are accompanied by the head of the National Taekwondo Federation Gaigysyz Atabayev, coach Aidogdy Atabayev and judge Maksat Babayev.

Weigh-in procedures, refereeing and coaching briefings were held on Thursday, and the competition will begin on Friday, December 9 and will be held through December 11.
