The professional activity of medical personnel is associated with constant physical and emotional stress, and during the COVID-19 pandemic, the adverse factors affecting health workers increased significantly, especially the doctors who worked in the "red zone" felt it.

To discuss this problem and find a solution, this meeting was organized, at which participants shared information about the prevention of emotional burnout, methods and forms of assistance to medical staff in overcoming the burnout syndrome, and also presented the results of national studies on risk factors and the prevalence of professional burnout of medical workers during the COVID-19 pandemic.
