President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received Deputy Prime Minister of Turkmenistan, Minister of Foreign Affairs Rashid Meredov on Monday, December 5.
Rashid Meredov conveyed greetings from President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov and Chairman of the upper house of the country's parliament Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov to the Azerbaijani leader. Ilham Aliyev asked me to convey his greetings in return.
