Bidding on SCRMET: businessmen from Turkey and Afghanistan purchased technical sulfur


On Monday, November 28, 4 deals totaling $6 million and 780 thousand Turkmen manats were made at the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan, ORIENT correspondent reports.
Entrepreneurs from Turkey and Afghanistan purchased a total of 60 thousand tons of technical granular sulfur for $6 million. During the auction, the cost of each ton of the product was estimated at $100.
For the local currency, a businessman from Turkey purchased 24 thousand kg of cotton yarn for 780 thousand TMT.
