The Pushkin Russian Drama Theater is preparing the premiere of a play about the fate of Nury Halmamedov
On December 12, the Pushkin State Russian Drama Theater will present the premiere of the play "Strings of the Soul" directed by Bilbil Mammedov based on the play by Sovhet Serbazov and Mammetgurban Mammetgurbanov, the theaterstaff told ORIENT.
The performance will tell about the fate of the outstanding Turkmen composer Nury Halmamedov, whose musical works have forever remained in the hearts of the Turkmen people. The audience will also get acquainted with the images of other great figures with whom the composer was closely friends.
The performance starts at 19:00. The ticket price is 10 manats.
Earlier, the performance "Strings of the Soul" was shown as part of the festival "Turkmen Theatrical Art", and now it will be presented to the general public.
As previously reported, the premiere of the comedy "One Spanish night" is also planned at the theatre on December 4.
