Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov criticized the work on the control and development of the state budget
Chairman of the upper chamber of the Turkmen parliament Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov criticized the work on monitoring the receipt of funds to the budget, as well as for incomplete disbursement of allocated funds in a number of areas.
This is reported by TDH following a meeting of the upper house of the National Assembly (Halk Maslahaty of Milli Gengesh) of Turkmenistan.
The head of the upper house of Parliament expressed dissatisfaction with the distribution of budget funds in various spheres. Also pointing out the inaccuracy of calculations, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted that the allocation of funds in some areas is insufficient, and in other areas, on the contrary, funds remain unused.
Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Milli Gengesh pointed out the slowness and indifference of officials, as a result of which many funds are transferred to the next year, which negatively affects the activities of institutions and enterprises.
During the meeting, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov stated the need to identify employees who promote their own interests and apply strict measures to them, noting that those who engage in corruption "will never have a place among us."
