Turkmenistan has secured state support for the national circus tours abroad in a new law
Turkmenistan will promote international cooperation in the field of circus activities, in particular, to organize foreign tours of circuses of the country, conduct joint and exchange tours, as well as organize international festivals.
This is stated in the new Law "On Circus and circus art", published in the newspaper "Neutral Turkmenistan".
The Law defines the concepts of circus art and assigns the state responsibilities for financial, personnel and logistical support of circuses, protection of the rights of creative workers and intellectual circus property.
The Law also establishes the procedure for determining tariffs, the right to return tickets by the audience no later than an hour before the performance, and also establishes the compliance of the circus performance with the ethical standards of society.
