Youth delegations from Central Asian countries will get acquainted with the activities of Indian research institutes, high-tech companies and visit ancient sites to comprehend the cultural and historical ties between the countries of the region and India, the ANI news agency reports.

The decision to organize annual trips of youth delegations of Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan to India was agreed during the Central Asia — India Summit in January of this year.

The first visit initiated by the Indian side will take place from November 17 to 23 and will be aimed at implementing the relevant agreements to revive the centuries-old cultural and historical ties between the regions.
