What will happen for non-appearance on the flight and other violations of the air carrier's terms of service
Passengers of international flights of Turkmenistan Airlines should be aware that non-appearance on the flight, refusal to fly and some other actions are subject to a fee (fine) from the air carrier.

Penalty for no-show on the flight
If you did not show up for the flight and did not notify the air carrier in advance, the amount of the fine will be 100 US dollars .
No-show is counted if you come to check-in later than 60 minutes before the departure of the aircraft .
When there is no penalty for flight cancellation
To avoid a fine, it is necessary to warn the airline about the cancellation of the flight more than 3 days (72 hours) before departure .
In this case, it will be possible to return the ticket and get back the same amount that you paid to buy it from the airline.
What penalty will you have to pay if you cancel the flight in less than 3 days
If you contact the airline with the intention of returning the funds for the ticket:
– more than 2 days (48 hours) before departure, you can return 90% of the original ticket price,
– more than 1 day (24 hours) before departure, then 85% of the original ticket price can be refunded,
– less than 1 day (24 hours) before departure, then 75% of the original ticket price can be refunded.
How much will the airline withhold for changing the departure date
If you contact the airline to change the departure date more than 3 days (72 hours) before the departure of the flight, no penalty will be imposed.
When contacting the air carrier to change the departure date:
– at least 2 days (48 hours) in advance before departure, you must pay an additional 10% of the ticket price,
– at least 1 day (24 hours) before departure, you must pay an additional 15% of the ticket price,
– less than 1 day (24 hours) before departure, you must pay an additional 20% of the ticket price.
The above penalties are not taken into account for infants traveling without a seat.
