Turkmen universities to host international Internet Olympiads in honor of Neutrality Day


Deputy Prime Minister Nurmuhammet Amannepesov reported on the preparations for the international Internet Olympiads dedicated to the International Day of Neutrality, TDH reports following a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan.
Within the framework of the "Concept of Development of the digital educational system" and the "Concept of improving the teaching of subjects in natural and Exact Sciences", an International Internet Olympiad in Biology is expected to be held on December 5-7, which will be hosted by the Myrat Garryev State Medical University.
On December 5, the Turkmen Agricultural University named after S.A.Niyazov will organize an International Internet Olympiad on ecology.
Students from Germany, China, Russia, Japan, Romania, Hungary, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and other countries are expected to participate in the events.
President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted the importance of holding such competitions to establish broad international cooperation and direct contacts with world universities, as well as to identify talented Turkmen youth.
