SBFEA of Turkmenistan held a presentation of new services for entrepreneurs


The State Bank for Foreign Economic Activity of Turkmenistan held a presentation of new services designed to facilitate the management of business processes and expand the opportunities of entrepreneurs.
Among the novelties are additions to the Internet banking functionality that allow legal entities to work online:
– make payments, – check cash flow, – pay employees salaries, – receive electronic account statements for a certain period, – submit applications for opening new accounts.

A high level of information security of Internet banking is provided by two-factor authentication and the use of certified secure communication channels when making payments and logging in.
Creating templates for repetitive operations, for example, payments on a long—term loan, will facilitate the work of the business.
During the meeting, entrepreneurs asked clarifying questions about the new functions of Internet banking and made proposals on the introduction of the desired services. The participants were also given questionnaires through which they could share their impressions of cooperation with the bank and make recommendations.
Receiving such feedback and prompt responses to customer requests make SBFEA the leading credit institution in Turkmenistan, which is confirmed by numerous awards. In their row — *the awards * of the British financial magazine The Banker, as the best bank in the country.

Also, within the framework of the meeting, business was presented with opportunities for preferential lending. For example, SBFEA can finance up to 85% of the cost of new investment projects of entrepreneurs with a loan rate of 5 to 7% per annum for up to 10 years.
There are also preferential loans for those who are engaged in agriculture. Agribusiness can get loans for up to 10 years at a rate of 1% per annum for the purchase of agricultural machinery, water-saving irrigation systems and other equipment.
The meeting allowed the business to get answers to their questions and learn a lot of relevant information that will help facilitate work and establish effective interaction with both business partners in general and SBFEA of Turkmenistan in particular.
