As the China Daily informs, Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal will meet again at Wimbledon for the 40th instalment of their terrific rivalry — and first at the All England Club since their memorable 2008 final.
Two greatest players of tennis history, who have gained the greatest number of titles of Grand Slam, will meet on the court on July 12, Friday.
Rivalry between Federer and Nadal evokes a great interest among fans of the great sport. It is connected with the fact that players have a record quantity of finals played between them from 2005 to 2008.
Until 2010 opponents remained at the top of rating (at 1st and second places). During this interval they both won 21 of 24 titles of Grand Slam (12 by Federer, 9 by Nadal), including 11 consecutive tournaments from 2006 to 2008.
