The consular department of the Russian Embassy in Turkmenistan cancels the “live” queues for students applying for study visas from December 1, 2022. This rule applies to all other categories of citizens.

As written in a message posted on the Telegram channel of the Russian Embassy, the reception will be held by prior electronic appointment. The diplomatic mission plans to increase the number of temporary slots for the registration of those who apply for a visa.
