Negotiations with the delegation of Tajikistan were held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan
On Thursday, Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov held a meeting with Deputy Foreign Minister of Tajikistan Sodik Imomi. They discussed the priorities of the Turkmen-Tajik cooperation and touched upon international and regional topics.
Also on this day, political consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and Tajikistan were held in Ashgabat. The parties considered topical issues of the political and diplomatic dialogue between the two countries, discussed interaction within the framework of regional and international structures, including the UN.
The diplomats exchanged views on trade, economic and investment cooperation and came to the conclusion that it is necessary to give it new incentives, including the expansion of export-import operations.
