EBRD organizes training on building a systemic business for women entrepreneurs
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development will hold an online training for women entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, as well as top and middle managers on the topic "How to move from manual management to building a systemic business" within the framework of the Women in Business initiative.
The training should help participants to switch from the "manual" business management mode to a system one, when each element of work is highlighted, analyzed and debugged to automatism. The organizers promise that the participants of the classes will receive individual professional assistance in the reorganization of business management.
The free online training, funded by the European Union, will take place in the first half of December 2022. The number of participants is limited, and the selection will be conducted on a competitive basis.
