Cooperation between Turkmenistan and the EU in the field of education was discussed in Ashgabat
The Representative Office of the European Union organized a meeting in Ashgabat dedicated to the interaction of European countries and organizations with Turkmenistan in the field of education, where the results of cooperation in recent years, future plans and potential joint projects were discussed.
The event was attended by representatives of Turkmen universities and vocational schools of the country, who got acquainted with the new opportunities of European projects to increase the potential in the field of education, including Erasmus+.
The Turkmen side expressed interest in the experience of the EU countries in creating entrepreneurial universities — universities adapted to the new conditions of development, responding in a timely manner to changes in the external environment and simultaneously satisfying both the social needs of society and the needs of the free market.
Among the topics covered at the event were the assessment of the power of digitalization of universities, the results of the HiEdTec project and the results of work on a number of educational programs from representatives of EU member states, etc.
