A project for free online learning of the Russian language has been launched in Turkmenistan

A free online Russian language learning school "We teach and learn for life" has opened for residents of Turkmenistan of all ages. The project of the Ministry of Education of Russia is aimed at strengthening motivation for further study of the Russian language and immersion in the language environment. In particular, this should help schoolchildren who plan to continue their studies at Russian universities.
Courses will pay great attention not only to grammar, spelling and punctuation, but also to speech etiquette, features of humor in Russian, Russian writers, literature, psychological aspects and culture of Russia.
The main advantage of the project is the use of modern online learning tools that allow you to learn Russian remotely. Each of the 20 additional programs of the online school is developed on the basis of modern methods of leading Russian teachers, and has its own testing system. A special platform "Unified e-learning System" was developed for the implementation of the programs.
The project advocates for free access of citizens of Turkmenistan to study Russian, one of the most popular and in-demand languages in the world. "Unlike our previous project, in which we developed a program of courses for Russian teachers, the online school "We teach and learn for life" is focused primarily on the younger generation. The courses are designed in such a way as to make the development of the Russian language as easy and interesting as possible. We invite schoolchildren from Turkmenistan to test this in practice!" – Galina Kitaygorodskaya, Rector of the Komi Republican Institute of Education Development, comments.
Detailed information about the online school and the schedule of classes is available on the Komi Republican Institute of Education Development website. You can sign up for courses at the links — for adults and for school children.
