The heads of audiovisual media of the Organization of Turkic States, as well as representatives of the State Committee for Television, Radio Broadcasting and Cinematography of Turkmenistan and the Embassy of Hungary in Azerbaijan have agreed to establish a Forum of Turkic Broadcasting Regulatory Bodies under the auspices of OTS.The heads of audiovisual media of the Organization of Turkic States, as well as representatives of the State Committee for Television, Radio Broadcasting and Cinematography of Turkmenistan and the Embassy of Hungary in Azerbaijan have agreed to establish a Forum of Turkic Broadcasting Regulatory Bodies under the auspices of OTS.

The heads of audiovisual media of the Organization of Turkic States, as well as representatives of the State Committee for Television, Radio Broadcasting and Cinematography of Turkmenistan and the Embassy of Hungary in Azerbaijan have agreed to establish a Forum of Turkic Broadcasting Regulatory Bodies under the auspices of OTS.

This is reported by the official website of the organization following the results of the First meeting of the media bodies of the Turkic world.

At the meeting, information was given about the readiness to create a Union of Turkic news agencies, as well as the prospects for the formation of the "Association of OTS Journalists".

The parties also signed a joint declaration, the purpose of which is to create an institutional framework for fruitful cooperation.
