The State Statistics Committee of Turkmenistan, via SMS, urged citizens to participate in the population census
The State Statistics Committee of Turkmenistan, through mass SMS mailing, called on citizens of the country to take an active part in the upcoming population and housing census.
"The Population Census 2022: Cohesion, Happiness, a Bright Future" will be held from December 17 to 27, 2022 and is designed to help create the basis for further socio-economic development of the country, according to a message addressed to subscribers of TM CELL.
"We will take part in the census together, and together we will determine our future," the State Statistics Committee urges.
The Population and Housing Census of 2022 will be the first digital census in Turkmenistan and should provide the most accurate data on demographic indicators in the country, and in the future – help in drawing up long-term state programs of socio-economic development.
