The Startup Ecosystem - 2022 program invites mentors for young business teams
The organizers of the Startup Ecosystem 2022 program invite experienced entrepreneurs, business consultants and IT specialists to participate in the program as mentors of young startup teams to promote the development of youth entrepreneurship in Turkmenistan.
The program is conducted by the National Public Association "Union of Economists of Turkmenistan" with the support of the US Agency for International Development (USAID) Project on the development of modern professional skills.
Participation in the initiative of potential mentors is a great opportunity to share personal experience, improve leadership skills and expand cooperation channels. The effectiveness of startups and the quality of products significantly increase when they have a good mentor who helps them to occupy their niche in the market.
Mentors and startup teams "find" each other as follows:
– mentors take a short course of mentoring skills,
– startup teams are offered a choice of mentors who have successfully completed the course,
– mentors choose the startup team they like from those who previously chose them as mentors.
Events within the framework of a short course of mentoring skills will be held from November 10 to December 16, 2022 according to a flexible schedule, which will be adjusted depending on the capabilities and needs of potential mentors in a format of interaction convenient for them.

"Startup Ecosystem - 2022" is the third stream of the startup acceleration program conducted by the Union of Economists of Turkmenistan and the USAID Project on the Development of Modern Professional Skills together with training centers, consulting companies and recruiting agencies seeking to become business incubators.
The objectives of the Program are to support youth innovative entrepreneurship and promote the formation of the business acceleration services market in Turkmenistan. The first pilot program was conducted in 2020.
