Chelyabinsk plans to open a trade representative office in Ashgabat
Chelyabinsk is working on opening a trade representative office in Turkmenistan, Deputy Governor of the region Egor Kovalchuk, whose delegation is in Ashgabat as part of the International Conference "Oil and Gas of Turkmenistan — 2022", told TASS.
"We are currently actively working on the creation of a trade representative office of the Chelyabinsk region in Ashgabat. We hope that it will work, and it will be even easier for our enterprises to build connections through participation in tenders, various exhibitions, presentations, etc.," Kovalchuk said.
The Chelyabinsk region, which took part in the international conference, is interested in partnership with Turkmenistan in the oil and gas industry — about 12 thousand small and large industrial enterprises operate in the region, among which oil and gas service equipment production enterprises have established themselves.
