“Tatneft” took part in the Ashgabat oil and gas exhibition, which opened on Wednesday on the sidelines of a major industry forum – OGT-2022.

The exhibition brought together more than 50 leading Turkmen and foreign companies that demonstrate achievements in the field of production, transportation and processing of hydrocarbons, petrochemistry, gas chemistry and utilization of associated petroleum gas, as well as the latest equipment, promising industrial developments using advanced science-intensive technologies.

As a reliable and long-term partner of Turkmenistan, the Tatarstan company presented at the exhibition its potential in the field of field development, enhanced oil recovery, and production of petroleum products.

“Tatneft” has been operating in Turkmenistan since 2010 under a contract with “Turkmenneft”. During this time, the company completed work on 230 wells. In 2022, an additional agreement was signed on the performance of services at the Goturdepe field in western Turkmenistan, which is at least 550 oil wells. The Russian company also organizes the repair of oilfield equipment, tubing.

– In the future, our cooperation with Turkmenneft includes the implementation of geological and geodetic studies, projects to intensify oil production, digitalization and automation of industry facilities to minimize the influence of the human factor in the production process, – Damir Kamiliev, a representative of “Tatneft”, said in an interview with ORIENT.
