Citizens of Kazakhstan can vote in the elections of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Ashgabat


Early elections of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan will be held in less than a month – on November 20. 68 polling stations have been established in 53 foreign countries at the foreign institutions of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan reported.
"To participate in the voting, citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who have an active electoral right, who live or are for private, official, educational, business and tourist purposes in the relevant foreign country and have valid passports of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan can apply to the diplomatic or consular representation of Kazakhstan, at which a polling station has been established," the message says.
Registration of presidential candidates has been completed in Kazakhstan. In total, the CEC registered six candidates – Kassym-Jomart Tokayev from the Public Coalition, Zhiguli Dairabayev from the Auyl party, Nurlan Auesbayev from the National Social Democratic Party, Meiram Kazhyken from the Union of Trade Unions of Kazakhstan "Amanat", as well as two women: Karakat Abden from the National Alliance of Professional Social Workers and Saltanat Tursynbekova from the public association "Kazak analary – dasturge zhol".
Voting at the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Turkmenistan will be held on election day (Sunday) from 07:00 to 20:00 local time.
For timely and full-fledged preparation of the voting process abroad, Kazakhstanis are asked to contact the polling station in advance and provide data for inclusion in the voter lists.
