Turkmenistan's Ambassador to the Russian Federation Batyr Niyazaliyev discussed the dynamics of bilateral Turkmen-Russian contacts with Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Andrey Rudenko, the official website of the Turkmen diplomatic mission reports.
