The Turkmen-Uzbek enterprise is ready to launch the production of agricultural machinery in Dashoguz

The joint venture "Turkmen–Uzagrotehmash" is ready to launch the production of tractor trailers with a capacity of 4 tons in the Dashoguz region of Turkmenistan, and in the future plans to assemble even more complex agricultural machinery.
This was told by the General Director of the joint venture Azam Nuriddinov in a comment for the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper.
In addition to the production of the joint venture "Turkmen–Uzagrotehmash" is also engaged in the sale and maintenance of Uzbek agricultural machinery in Turkmenistan.
Nuriddinov recalled that over the past 10 years Uzbekistan has supplied more than 10 thousand units of agricultural machinery to Turkmenistan – tractors, trailers, cotton seeders, sprayers, cultivators, cotton harvesters, etc.
As part of the official visit of the President of Turkmenistan to Uzbekistan in 2021, a contract for the supply of Uzbek agricultural machinery to the country for $28.2 million was signed.
The organization of joint production of agricultural machinery in Turkmenistan will ensure the development of the agro-industrial sector of the country, create additional jobs and promote import substitution, Nuriddinov noted.
JV "Turkmen–Uzagrotehmash" was established in 2018 by the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection of Turkmenistan and the Agency for State Asset Management of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
