Turkmenistan and Tatarstan discussed joint cultural and humanitarian projects
Consul General of Turkmenistan in Kazan Guich Garayev discussed cultural and humanitarian cooperation with Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan Leyla Fazleyeva, stressing the importance of developing bilateral partnership, the website of the Consulate General of Turkmenistan in Kazan reports.
During the meeting, the parties reached mutual understanding and expressed mutual interest in the implementation of the following projects:
– participation of designers from Kazan, as a city included in the UNESCO Creative Cities Network in 2019, in the Ashgabat Dialogue of International Designers on October 20 this year,
– organization of the performance of the Turkmen group of national equestrian games "Galkynysh" in the Kazan Circus,
– holding Days of Culture of Tatarstan in Turkmenistan in 2023,
– translation into Tatar of a number of Turkmen publications,
– holding events dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the great thinker of the East – Magtymguly Pyragy,
– familiarization of Tatarstan designers in the field of national fashion with the technology of manufacturing modern Turkmen outfits with a national flavor,
– cooperation in the field of cinematography, mutual release of short and full-length films, their participation in various film festivals,
– mutual works of Turkmen and Tatarstan linguists, etc.
