Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan to accelerate coordination of trade and economic agreements
Serdar Berdimuhamedov and Kassym-Jomart Tokayev instructed to accelerate the coordination and signing of an agreement between the governments of Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan on the mutual establishment of trade missions and an agreement on the promotion and mutual protection of investments.
The relevant instructions became known from the joint statement of the heads of neighboring states published today in the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper following the results of the state visit of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov to Kazakhstan.
The President of Kazakhstan also accepted the invitation of his Turkmen counterpart to pay a return visit to Turkmenistan. The dates of the visit will be agreed through diplomatic channels.
