Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif announced the country's commitment to timely completion of the Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India (TAPI) gas pipeline project.

This is stated in the congratulatory telegram of the Prime Minister of Pakistan addressed to President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, published today by TDH, on the occasion of the celebration of the 31st anniversary of independence.

Shahbaz Sharif also announced Pakistan's intention to expand bilateral cooperation with Turkmenistan in all areas of mutual interest, and expressed confidence that through joint efforts, the countries will be able to further deepen the ties of friendship and cooperation.
