"We had talks with Turkmenistan about oil. We want to have formal and permanent contracts. We are negotiating with Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and Iran about wheat and flour," the agency quotes the representative of the department.

Earlier, the Taliban signed a contract for the supply of petroleum products, gas and wheat from Russia.
