Turkmenistan to launch production of various types of plastic cards
Turkmenistan may launch the production of various types of plastic cards. The area of application of these high-tech media is very extensive and continues to grow, and demand creates an offer, Deputy Prime Minister Charymyrat Purchekov announced at a government meeting on Friday.
As was reported in the evening news release of Turkmen Television, Purchekov, on the topic of the development of the electronic industry, also presented plans to launch mass production of traffic lights, LED road signs and other electronic products of this type in the country.
Another topic of Purchekov's report was the promotion of the project of the country's first solar-wind power plant, for the construction of which - in the Serdar district of the Balkan region – a consulting company selected by the Ministry of Energy following an international tender will be involved.
