The Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan has a new President

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov approved the decisions of the General meeting of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan on the dismissal of Sapardurdy Toyliyev from the post of President of the Academy of Sciences and the appointment of Allaberdy Ashirov as the head of the AST.
The Head of State dismissed Allaberdy Ashirov in connection with the transition to another job from the post of rector of the Institute of Engineering, Technical and Transport Communications of Turkmenistan, to which he was appointed in June 2019.
