The British Embassy in Turkmenistan is organizing the first climate eco-festival "Save the Planet Together" in Ashgabat with thematic quests and challenges, the diplomatic mission reports in a press release.

Admission to the event will be free for representatives of all ages, but the organizers also ask participants to bring one used plastic bottle for recycling as a symbolic "entry fee".

The festival will be held on Sunday, October 9, on the terrace of the Ak Altyn Hotel with the support of climate activists and eco-blogger Gulnara Taydzhanova.

The organizers promise that the participants will not only have fun, but also learn a lot about how everyone can make a personal contribution to the fight against global climate change.

The menu for the guests of the festival will consist of vegan dishes and drinks. There will also be a collection of things and toys for charity among the participants.
