Bidding on SCRMET: jet fuel and carbamide are sold for export


On Monday, August 29, 7 deals totaling $18.1 million and 416.4 thousand Turkmen manats were made at the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan, ORIENT correspondent reports.
Businessmen from the UK, the UAE, and the Virgin Islands purchased a total of 13.4 thousand tons of TC-1 aviation kerosene . The price of fuel increased by 3.9% compared to the previous auction and amounted to $1227.25 per ton. The total amount of transactions exceeded $16.5 million.
Representatives of Azerbaijan and Afghanistan purchased the premium "B" grade carbamide produced at the Marykarbamid plant, the price of which amounted to $434.50 per ton, a decrease of 1.8% compared to the last auction. In total, 4 thousand tons of products worth $ 1.7 million will be exported.
In the domestic market, local entrepreneurs purchased 23 tons of high-density polyethylene of the T60-475-119 brand for 414 thousand TMT and handmade carpets for 2.4 thousand Turkmen manats.
