Bidding on SCRMET: foreign business has shown interest in Turkmen LNG and jet fuel


Last week, 20 deals totaling $5.4 million and 14.2 million Turkmen manats were made at the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan, ORIENT correspondent reports.
Foreign business has shown interest in Turkmen liquefied natural gas. In total, 6 thousand tons of LNG were sold for export, the price of which was $519 per ton.
TC-1 brand aviation kerosene was also in demand by foreign partners, 2 thousand tons of which were sent to the UAE. The price of the petroleum product amounted to $1180.50 per ton.
During the week, local entrepreneurs purchased T60-475-119 grade polyethylene, high-density polyethylene, P4-D2 plastic pallets and handmade carpets at the SCRMET auctions.
