President Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a resolution on the establishment of a coordinating interdepartmental commission to counter the legalization of proceeds from crime, the financing of terrorism and the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, the official Turkmen press writes today.

The new structure will coordinate the work of both civilian ministries and departments, as well as military and law enforcement agencies. It will include the heads of these institutions.

Signing the resolution, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that the Commission should act in a coordinated manner not only at the interdepartmental level, but also cooperate with relevant international organizations.
