President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov congratulated his Uzbek counterpart Shavkat Mirziyoyeva on his 65th birthday.
The Turkmen leader noted in his message on this occasion that Uzbekistan "plays an important role in solving important tasks of our time and maintains open and constructive relations with many countries."
Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan have established dynamic and effective ties based on the principles of good neighborliness, respect and mutual support, Serdar Berdimuhamedov stressed.
