As part of the business program of the international transport forum in Ashgabat, bilateral and multilateral negotiations were held between representatives of transport departments and organizations of various countries. One of these meetings was held with the participation of Mammetkhan Chakiev, Director General of the Transport and Communications Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, Azat Atamuradov, Chairman of the Turkmen Railways Agency, Seyidkuli Beiseidov, Director of the International Seaport of Turkmenbashi, and Baimurat Ataev, Director General of the Transport and Logistics Center of Turkmenistan, Director General of the JSC "Baku International Trade Sea Port Hovsan" Rashad Dashdamirov and General Director of "Caspian Logistics Solutions" Ruslan Akchurin, Chairman of the Board of JSC "Uztemiryulconteiner" (the official freight forwarder on the railways of Uzbekistan) Abdulmalik Kamiljanov.

An indicator of the fruitfulness of these negotiations was the signing of documents on cooperation, which took place on the sidelines of the forum. Thus, a promising new partnership in accelerating and increasing cargo flows in the region can be called a trilateral agreement concluded between the Turkmen company "Bir Kuwwat" - represented by Director General Azat Atayev with the Azerbaijani companies "Baku International Trade Sea Port Hovsan" and "Caspian Logistics Solutions" in face of their leaders.
A Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation was also signed between the Transport and Logistics Center of Turkmenistan and Caspian Logistics Solutions.

The investor in port equipment and mechanisms, rolling stock of various modifications and types in both agreements is the Azerbaijani company Caspian Logistics Solutions. As for the company Bir Kuwwat, it has been operating in the international transportation market since 2019, specializing in the transportation and logistics of export domestic products, mainly petrochemicals (polypropylene, polyethylene, sulfur, potassium sulfate, total and calcined coke), as well as cotton linters and yarn. The geography of the company's directions covers China, Japan, South Korea and the countries of Southeast Asia. In the opposite direction, imports of goods to Turkmenistan are also established.
The signing of a new agreement with Azerbaijani partners opens the way for the Turkmen logistics company to enter European markets.
