Bidding on SCRMET: the price of liquefied gas increased by more than 6%


On Thursday, July 14, 16 deals totaling $26.5 million and 2.7 million Turkmen manats were concluded at the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan, ORIENT correspondent reports.
The cost of liquefied natural gas at auction increased by 6.7% and amounted to $566.80 per ton. In total, 5 thousand tons of LNG were sold for export.
The buyers of blue fuel were representatives of Afghanistan, who purchased LNG for a total of $2.8 million.
At the same time, the price of aviation kerosene of the TS-1 brand reached $1,187.25 per ton. The increase in value compared to the last auction was 6.5%.
20 thousand tons of jet fuel were purchased by entrepreneurs from the UAE and Afghanistan, concluding contracts totaling $ 23.7 million.
For manat funds, representatives of the Wallis and Futuna Islands purchased cotton yarn for a total of 2.7 million TMT.
