Employees of the Road Supervision Department of the Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan received orders to monitor compliance with the updated requirements of the Ministry of Health on wearing masks, sources in the ministerial structures told ORIENT.

According to new rules drivers and passengers must wear protective medical masks in all types of public transport, as well as in closed crowded areas and at checkpoints of the state border.

The new rules mean that it is not necessary to wear a mask in private transport, since the document only refers to public transport.
