Turkey through the eyes of Turkmen artists

Turkmen people have a wonderful opportunity to look at Turkey through the eyes of famous Turkmen artists - Berdiguly Amansakhedov, Allamurad Mukhammedov, Kakabay Gullayev, Khodzhamukhammed Cheriev, Gulnaz Roykulova and Ahmed Khallyev. An exhibition of their works is held at the State Museum of Fine Arts of Turkmenistan. It seems that something new and unusual cannot be written about Turkey. All landscapes are already sealed, all nooks are walked by tourists, all traditions are studied and familiar. But Turkmen artists, who had traveled far and wide across the Chankyry and Karabük regions within the framework of the Embassy of the Turkish Republic, had something to say in their works. - Karabuk is a city of saffron, and the fragrance of this flower floats along its streets. White clouds, blue sky, green velvety hills excited and inspired us to create, - shared Berdiguly Amanshahedov. Pictures of artists resemble windows to another country. They tell an uncomplicated history of sights and highlights of the country's life. Their narrative flows smoothly, revealing, like precious silk, a leisurely daily life, filled not only with rich colors, but also smells and sounds.
