The new Ambassador of Kazakhstan presented credentials to Serdar Berdimuhamedov
President Serdar Berdimuhamedov received on Wednesday the new Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Turkmenistan Askar Tazhibayev. During the audience, the diplomat presented his credentials and conveyed greetings from President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
During the conversation, key issues of Turkmen-Kazakh cooperation were raised, including those related to the implementation of the agreements at the highest level, fixed during Tokayev's visit to Ashgabat in 2021.
The sides stressed the strategic nature of the partnership between the two neighboring countries and assessed its prospects, confirming their readiness to find ways to increase cooperation through new mutually beneficial projects.
The Head of State and the Ambassador noted the closeness of the positions and views of Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan on the international agenda.
