President Serdar Berdimuhamedov congratulated Queen Margrethe II of Denmark on her birthday, which is celebrated in the Danish state on April 16 as a national holiday.

The President of Turkmenistan wished the queen health, happiness and well-being, and all the people of Denmark - peace, further progress and prosperity, the TDH news agency said.

This year, Queen Margrethe II turned 82 years old, of which she has been the reigning queen for 50 years.

This year, Turkmenistan and Denmark celebrated the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations, which were established on January 21, 1992.
