Turkmen students in Romania have played futsal cup in honor of World Health Day
The Embassy of Turkmenistan in Romania organized a mini-football tournament dedicated to the World Health Day in the Ploiesti sports complex Green Arena of the city of Ploiesti.
The competition was attended by over 50 Turkmen students from different cities of Romania - Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Iasi, Suceava, Pitesti, Tirgu Mures and Timisoara.
The main prize was drawn between the teams of the University of Oil and Gas of Ploiesti and the University of Medicine and Pharmacy Targu Mures. The victories were won by Turkmen students - future oil and gas workers.
In general, the football tournament was held in a friendly atmosphere, and after its completion, all the athletes and guests of the event were treated to Turkmen national cuisine.
Such tournaments dedicated to World Health Day, according to tradition, are held with the participation of Turkmen students in many other states, uniting the country's youth and introducing them to a healthy lifestyle.
