Representatives of law enforcement agencies of Turkmenistan will be insured
The measures implemented in Turkmenistan to develop insurance activities, providing citizens and legal entities with high-quality insurance services, improving the relevant legal acts - all this was stated in the report of Deputy Prime Minister Serdar Berdimuhamedov at an extended meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers on Friday.
A draft resolution “On approval of the procedure for compulsory state personal insurance of military personnel, citizens called up for military training, and employees of internal affairs bodies and payment of the sum insured” developed in accordance with the Laws of Turkmenistan “On the status of military personnel”, “On military duty and military service”, “On the internal affairs bodies of Turkmenistan”, “On insurance” and other regulatory legal acts was submitted to the President of Turkmenistan for consideration.
In the draft "Procedure for compulsory state personal insurance of military personnel, citizens called up for military training, and employees of internal affairs bodies and payment of the sum insured” the terms, requirements and list of military and law enforcement agencies mandatory for insurance were brought into line with the new legislation, procedure for processing documents for payment of insurance amounts was simplified, specific cases to be insured were determined, as well as methods of payment were improved and the amounts of insurance premiums were increased.
Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, having signed the Decree, drew the attention of the Deputy Prime Minister to the need to control the strict implementation of the provisions of this document.
