Among the topics touched upon during the talks were the preparation and holding of the presidential elections in Turkmenistan, scheduled for March 12 this year.

The day before, on Wednesday, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov received UNDP Resident Representative in Turkmenistan Narine Sahakyan, who presented her credentials to the Head of the Foreign Ministry of the country.
