In Georgia, thinking about the creation of environmentally friendly transport
At the end of this year, electric cars will be produced in Georgia, and Aigroup and Changan companies, which have secured an agreement with a memorandum, will deal with the development of transport models.
According to the agreement, Georgian autocars will be supplied not only to the domestic market and to the Caucasus region, but also to Central Asia and Europe.
Representatives of the company Changan note that this cooperation will bring significant benefits to the Georgian economy. First of all, new jobs will be created. And second is the status of the first electric cars produced in Georgia.
Considering the growing demand in this segment against the background of modern environmental problems, the company plans to completely switch to the production of “green” transport by 2025, and this is quite logical.
According to experts, the cost of the first Georgian electric car can range from $ 23,000.
