The beauty of folk crafts is in the paintings at the exhibition in the Union of Artists of Turkmenistan.

A personal exhibition of works by Tuvak Sahedova opened in the main gallery of the Union of Artists of Turkmenistan. The show, timed to the anniversary date - the 60th anniversary of the artist, represents her entire creative journey from early works in graphics to mature painting. A special place in the gallery of images created by her is given to the female theme, not only in portraits, but also still lifes, which reflect the diligence and skill of Turkmen women, their spiritual world, whether it is a picture with ruddy appetizing churek or national decorations, embroidery. In addition to canvases, as if woven from silk threads and traditional patterns that convey the originality and wealth of folk arts and ancient crafts, the exhibition attracts the attention with landscapes in which nature presents a vivid palette from which the artist draws colors. At the opening of the exhibition, Sahedova's colleagues recalled how they “grew up” under the mentorship of the outstanding master - artist Durdy Baramov. In the biography of Tuvak Sahedova, there are pages related to the puppet theater - she created the characters for the Turkmen State Puppet Theater, her works are kept in the Russian State Academic Central Puppet Theater named after S. V. Obraztsov, as well as in private foreign collections.
