Turkmengaz and Turkmengeology to get deposits for field development

Turkmengaz State Concern and Turkmenmengology State Corporation will receive loans for exploration and development of new oil and gas fields.

The decree was signed today by President Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov at a meeting on the development of domestic renewable energy.

According to the document, the Central Bank of Turkmenistan will allocate a credit line to the joint-stock commercial bank "Turkmenbashi" to finance the work of "Turkmengaz" and "Turkmengeology" to increase natural gas production. The resolutions were announced in the evening broadcast of the Turkmen Gosteleradio news.
