Ministry of Justice of Turkmenistan develops online segment of legal services
The service for state registration of rights to real estate and transactions related to it under the Ministry of Justice of Turkmenistan has opened “online services” section on its official website.
Taking advantage of the new opportunity, site visitors can apply online to receive a number of legal products provided by this Service. So, you can make an appointment with the territorial bodies of the Service, located in the city of Ashgabat and the regions of the country, for state registration of rights to real estate, or apply for relevant extracts and certificates.
The service has established a telecommunications network connection with all of its territorial divisions and other state government bodies, which speeds up the exchange of information necessary for state registration of rights to real estate.
In addition, the Service has introduced an intelligent queuing system with electronic tickets through turnstile.
